Broadway’s redevelopment of this property transformed a redundant industrial building into a valuable local amenity. It is now home to a vibrant mix of businesses, increasing the range of retail and services available to the community.

Situated on a high profile corner site, Broadway converted this existing building from its current industrial use to a convenience retail centre, housing complementary retail and food businesses on site.
